Company Tax :
Trade or business activities: The rate under the general regime is 25% on net income
Simplified optional system: The tax rate is 5% on monthly gross income that ranges from GTQ 0.01 to 30,000, and 7% on the excess
Solidarity tax (ISO - Impuesto de Solidaridad): 1% of the higher of net assets or gross income, whichever is higher
Revenue categorized as passive income (for residents): 5% on dividends;
10% on interest;
10% on income from leases of movable property;
7% on leases of real estate
Withholding Taxes :
